William U. Onyebuagu has over 20 years’ experience in the beauty and personal care industry. He has a BS and MS in Chemistry and MBA from Stuart Business School. He is also considered an expert in product development, where he has helped launch more than 1000 skin/hair care products into the general market. He also has several patents in the areas of conditioning technology, color and bleaching chemistry.

Mr. Onyebuagu has worked with some of the largest cosmetic companies such as Cheese borough Ponds, L’Oréal, Soft Sheen, and Argonne National Laboratory and as an instructor of Industrial Chemistry. He has also consulted and still consults for several companies outside the United States especially all over Europe and Africa. He has introduced several formulas currently in the market today and continues to assist marketing companies and
contract manufacturers with unique and fresh ideas with
new market introductions.

Mr. Onyebuagu has several publications in Salon Today,
Soap & Cosmetics, Journal of Organic Chemistry and others. He is affiliated with several professional organizations such as American Chemical Society (ACS), Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC), American Quality Standard (AQS), Professional Beauty Association (PBA) and Cosmetic Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA).

Mr. Onyebuagu is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Ethno Solutions, Inc. and Just Colors & Beauty MFG both based out of Chicago, Illinois with specific focus in
partnering with marketing companies and salons to develop ‘Today’s Formulations with Tomorrow’s Technology” (TFTT). Ethno Solutions, Inc. is a Hair/Skin care research consulting firm re-lunched in 2003 specializing in customized and personalized finished goods. He strongly believes that it’s always about the formula and not the packaging or storyline. Don’t formula or go into production without us.
